Basic Food Hygiene

This course is designed to provide the participant with the skill and knowledge to identify the hazards and asses the risks in food storage, preparation, handling and cooking of food.  The participant will be able to understand their requirements under food safety legislation as well as following best work practices and understand the purpose of HACCP

Full certification of attendance is provided to successful participants

In consultation with our qualified and experienced Tutors we will assist you in your development of your HACCP systems. 

We provide employee training & development of Standard Operating Procedures.
