Dementia Care
This course aims to provide participants with an insight into what the experience of dementia may be like. It will give an introduction to the concept of person-centered care and give a basic understanding of dementia as a range of different conditions.
Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults at Risk of Abuse
This course aims to ‘increase capacity of all staff and service users in relation to key information on the safeguarding of vulnerable people as outlined in the National Policy Framework for Adult Safeguarding in the Health and Social Care Sector, published by the Department of Health on 9 December 2025.
Responsive Behaviour
This course aims to provide knowledge of the underlying causes and triggers of responsive behaviour and provide learner with the attitude, knowledge and skills to deal with responsive behaviour effectively.
End of Life Care
This course aims to provide participants with an insight into recognising patients who are approaching end of life and how to assist family members and carers with support after death.
