I have finished my module(s), now what?

In this guide, you will find helpful information on how long the certification process takes & where to find your Provisional Results once they become available.

On completion of your course, you are given 3 weeks to complete and submit your portfolio. Following this, the following internal processes will occur:

1. Your portfolio will be received and corrected by your tutor.
2. Your portfolio will then be internally verified by Healthcare Training Solutions College of Further Education's Quality Assurance Team.
3. Your portfolio will then be cross moderated by Healthcare Training Soltutions College of Further Educations's Quality Assurance Team.
4. Your portfolio will then be externally authenticated by a QQI registered authenticator.

On completion of these processes, we will submit your results to QQI for certification. You will then receive your Provisional Result in the meantime.

Please be aware that there are only a select few certification periods every year, as per the schedule set out by QQI. It may take up to 5 months to receive your QQI certificate following the submission of your portfolio.

Provisional Results

Your Provisional Results are uploaded to your profile. Once they become available, you will be notified via email.

• When you visit our website, you will see a green LOG IN button in the top right corner. 

• After you click on LOG IN, you will click LOG IN again in the top right corner.

• Go to your Profile & then Documents.

• Your Provisional Result will be available to download by clicking the button under Download.
